My name is Tom Scibisz. Born in 1975 in the beautiful former Hanseatic city of Gdansk (Poland). At the tender age of 5, my life already led me to Switzerland, Köniz near Berne to be more precise. I later spent my academic career in the Swiss Capital, Berne. A station in my life that connects me with the world-famous physicist Albert Einstein. The physicist lived here when he created the famous formula E = mc² in 1905 and, with his theory of relativity, turned our ideas of space and time upside down. This remained the only parallel to the great physicist, although I also try to improve a little bit the world through my work. My study focus was on the Faculty of Philosophy and History at the University of Berne, where I graduated with a Master in linguistics. After completing my studies, my career in Human Resources finally took me to Zurich, where I held various specialist and management positions in HR for the past 17+ years. Coaching is my part-time passion.
